mixed experience near king's cross

small room inconsistent hot water

the hotel has an excellent location, especially convenient for eurostar travel.

The room i received was smaller than expected. It barely had enough space for luggage. i also encountered an issue with the hot water. It was not running in my first room, and it took some effort to resolve that issue. after a room switch, hot water availability was still inconsistent.. this was disappointing..

convenient location nespresso machine helpful team

the location was really convenient as it was super close to kings cross station. the room had a nespresso machine, i liked that. the team assisted with my luggage and also helped when i requested a later check out time.

the reception area looked tired and not very cute.

the hotel featured a pantry area at the end of the hallway, it included items like coffee, tea, and cakes. bathrooms were especially well done with good lighting. a light in the bathroom is controlled by a switch beside the bed.

the hotel is near kings cross and st pancras stations. this proximity offered easy access to transport. it suited me well for catching an early train. plenty of shops and food options were accessible nearby.

the reception staff were helpful in storing bags upon arrival. they also shared recommendations for exploring the area. the reception desk person helped us take our cases to our room. i got a warm welcome from front of house.

the location was amazing. it was very close to the train station, so transport was simple. the room was lovely and it had everything i needed.

the room was quite small. there was not much space for luggage, and the bathroom was also small. i found the reception staff a little unhelpful when i checked in
